Located one kilometre away from the hotel is the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Portugal's most important cultural organisation, which incorporates two museums, a resident ballet troupe, an orchestra, and a choir. Lisbon International Airport is eight kilometres away and can be reached by car in approximately 25 minutes.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The Carris AeroBus number 91 departs every 20 minutes to the city centre and to the Cais do Sodré railway station (journey time is about 20 minutes). Tickets can be purchased on board. The Lisbon metro, buses and trams connect the hotel with the rest of central Lisbon within 30 minutes. The closest metro station to the hotel is Picoas, 200 metres away. Taxis are available from outside the hotel.
